Once we have received your inquiry, my assistant Virginia or myself will review your information and get back to you as soon as possible with a quote and estimated completion. Please be aware that we do our best to answer emails in a timely manner. Overall processing time of your order varies depending on time of the year and current shop demand. Custom order that are received APRIL - AUGUST require a $10 deposit and be placed on a wait list. Typically your custom can be processed within 2-4 weeks. After 9/1 there is no delivery by Christmas and your name will be placed on a list that will be started in January of the following year.
The size of the ornament or sculpture varies. Usually they are around 5.5" x 4.5" x 1.5 deep. They are 2D (flat on the back) unless it is a 3D cake topper which is more expensive and start at $275. The more individuals/pets added impacts the size greatly.
When your order has been fully processed, a photo of the completed ornament will be sent to your email. After your approval or revisions, you will receive a PayPal or Square invoice for the balance BEFORE shipping. I never ship unless fully paid.
